ways to attack the Kingdom of God -

marriage / family life...false 

ideologies @ human nature which

jeopardize innocent children...

Godless theories which divide 

races...fostering the murder of 

children...there will be no end to 

the evil unless you take a stand

to fight in My Name...first to 

Witness to to My Resurrection

Spreading the Gospel Message to

Repent and Believe the Good News -

be intentional...deliberate...seek 

the Spirit's Guidance as to whom

you should Evangelize...be aggressive

in overcoming any complacency

with the sin / habits / weaknesses

in your personal / family life which keep you back

from becoming the disciple I call

you to be...I am ready to help you

to win the victory...are you seeking

Me daily...studying My Word...

receiving My Body / Blood / spending

time in My Presence...calling each

other on in fellowship...laying down

your life in service...leaning how to

defend the Truth / Faith by Speaking

the Word in Love...if you do not have

the time...Make the time...for soon

the enemy and his minions will be

coming for you / family so...you

need to be ready / prepared for the

battle...have you received the Anointing

of My Holy Spirit? / asked for His

Gifts?...are you using those Gifts

daily? if you do not understand then

seek and you will find...do you 

understand how the enemy if 

trying to attack you and your 

family?...how to fight with the 

the tactics of the evil one?.. learn

how to fight with the Authority I

have given you...the time is now

do not wait any longer...put on the

whole Armor of God for your 

Enemy is like a roaring lion seeking

someone to devour so...do not be 

his next meal....

Reflection / Discussion:

-Have you committed your life to Christ?

-Are you complacent about your Christian life...

  continuing problem areas in your personal...

  family.. spiritual life? If so, change...by Grace alone. 

-Do you have a consistent prayer life, Scripture 

 reading, Spiritual reading ie daily? 

 If not, start.

-If you do not have a support system, find one.

-Are you continually learning about your faith?

 If not, start.

-Do you have a short personal testimony ready?

 If not, get one. 

Introduction

     The title of this compendium - "Reflections on the Way" - has at least three meanings:

     First,  Jesus spoke of Himself as "The Way": "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me". John 14:6 

     Secondly, Christianity in the early Church was simply called "the Way" as in the Acts of the Apostles 9:2 describing Paul's - then called Saul - persecution of the Way and asking for letters to the synagogues in Damascus "so that if he found anyone belonging to the Way, men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem".

    Thirdly, my own journey to belief, discipleship, transformation on the Way to the Goal of Holiness and Eternal Life with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit...so many lessons learned and still more to come and a "ways" to go. "For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who

find it." Matthew 7:14

    To these, my hope is that your journey-Way- is helped or even begun through these reflections. Be forewarned, though, Jesus has been described as the "Hound of Heaven" - the One who Loves you Passionately - and He will not stop seeking you...offering a new life...knocking on the door of your heart...so, if you do not know Him...His Love...I strongly suggest you open that door and let Him "make all things new". But, my sense is that if you are reading.. praying...this book, you are already "on the way" and, so, His Word to you is that "there is MORE"…so, "Ask and you shall receive; Seek and you

shall find; Knock and the door shall be opened"!

These reflections are organized into 5 aspects / topics of the Way: 

 

EVANGELISM - One's own search for a personal relationship with Jesus and Abba in the Power of the Holy Spirit and how to help others in their search. "Who do YOU say I am?" Mark 8:29

SPIRITUAL LIFE - Growing "in the Way of the Lord"...eg. learning to "hear" His Voice, discernment, holiness, discipleship, spiritual warfare, service and summarized in "Loving Him above all and loving one another as He loved us".

SUFFERING - Can't get around it...a mystery...how to understand its place in our lives...how to deal with it...and, how to do as Jesus said: "Whoever wishes to come after me must deny himself, take up your cross, and follow me". Mark 8:34

MORALITY - Making difficult decisions as to living out our relationship with Jesus despite having a wounded nature in a fallen world ruled by our eternal enemy who knows our weakness and wants our destruction. "If you love me, you will keep my commandments." John 14:15

TRINITY AND MOTHER MARY - Relationships that transform us into saints.

 A few more points:

     There are some questions at the end of each reflection. The purpose is to help you gain the most out of each one and lead you into prayer ie. telling the Lord what's on your heart - the good and not so good - and listening for His response. Discussing with others can be very helpful for both learning and support on your Way. One benefit in the organization of this book is that you don't have to read the 

entire book - or even an entire chapter - to 'get something out of it'. All it takes is one 'reflection'!

     A few thoughts on Prophecy and 'private revelation' ie. my sense of what the Father... Abba / Jesus is saying to me and, by way of application, to you as well. As we grow in our Relationship with Jesus and Abba, we also grow in "hearing" His word to us in prayer. Discernment is the key with any Prophetic word. Does it comply with Sacred Scripture, Sacred Tradition and the Catechism of the Catholic Church? And, lastly, presenting what we "hear / sense" to someone mature in the Faith, eg. our Spiritual Director, so we have confirmation / discernment outside of ourselves as to what is or is not from the Lord. Then we can ask Abba / Jesus how this word may apply to us and the Grace to put it into practice. "Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened unto you" Matthew 7:7-8

    Lastly, "Revival" is at the heart of this book even if it is not explicitly mentioned. How great is the need for Revival in the Church today as well as in the nations of the world! I pray that the Father through Jesus by the Power of the Holy Spirit stir the hearts and minds of all who read / pray even

one of these reflections! Come Holy Spirit! Move among us! Bring Revival! Change our hearts / minds! Give us the Grace to "Repent and Believe the Good News". Jesus is coming soon! All Glory be to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit...Now and Forever!

And so, one more time: There is MORE...GO AFTER IT!

The Family Bread Crumbs

Abba...Woke up anxious @ the Family... without Your Grace...You know...nothing can change...

YES THIS IS TRUE BUT I AM OFFERING MY SAVING GRACE TO ALL AND MANY TIMES IT IS ONLY RECEIVED IN BITS AND PIECES...STEP BY STEP...AND JUST BECAUSE YOU DO NOT SEE THE FINAL STEP RIGHT NOW WHEN YOU WANT IT TO BE TAKEN DOESN'T MEAN YOUR LOVED ONES ARE NOT TAKING THE NEXT LITTLE STEP WHICH YOU DON'T SEE RIGHT NOW BECAUSE IT'S HIDDEN...REMEMBER YOUR OWN JOURNEY TO JESUS...THE LITTLE BREAD CRUMBS - GRACES - YOU WERE OFFERED AND YOU PICKED UP WHICH LED TO THE NEXT LITTLE STEP WHICH WASN'T RIGHT AWAY...TOOK SOME TIME FOR OTHER THINGS TO HAPPEN TO GET YOUR HEART TO THE PLACE WHERE YOU WERE AT THE POINT - MAYBE "DESPERATE ENOUGH" IS TOO STRONG FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE BUT NOT FOR MANY - TO BE READY TO HEAR THE TRUTH AND RECEIVE THE GRACE TO ASK JESUS INTO YOUR HEART TO BEGIN A NEW JOURNEY TO HOLINESS ON WHICH YOU NOW TRAVEL WITH NEW GRACES AND SOMETIMES THE SAME PATTERN OF MY OFFERING GRACES TO YOU BUT YOU'RE NOT AT THE POINT TO RESPOND FULLY AND SO IT'S AGAIN STEP BY STEP...BREAD CRUMBS...YOU ARE NO DIFFERENT THAN THEY...ALL ARE BROKEN AND IN NEED OF GRACE... ALL ARE ON JOURNEYS...ALL NEED BREAD CRUMBS...SO BE AT PEACE AND PRAY FOR THEIR RESPONSE TO THE BREAD CRUMBS I PUT BEFORE THEM - AS WELL AS YOUR OWN THAT I PLACE BEFORE YOU - TRUST IN MY LOVE FOR THEM AS WELL AS FOR YOU...MY GRACE IS SUFFICIENT FOR YOU...ASK AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE 

Thank You, Abba,  for Your Word...I like that..."Bread Crumbs"...yes, I remember my journey...little by little...step by 

step...pick up one Crumb which led to a response which led to another Crumb...etc...etc...until they led to the

'Bread of Life" and I accepted Your Offer for Jesus to be my Lord and Savior and the rest is history...Yes, Abba, keep offering the "Next Crumb" to them...I praise You and Thank You for this Word...Give me the Grace to keeping Asking and Trusting...Come Holy Spirit

The Family Follow-up

Abba....am I starting over each day? any progress I made in trusting You yesterday...in letting go and letting You be in charge... does that go back to zero today.  a new day with new challenges...new situations....changing feelings with yesterday's memories still there but now resurrected by temptations of doubt...fear...dread...  what if's....what do You think about all this?

AM I STILL IN CHARGE TODAY? DO I CHANGE FROM DAY TO DAY? DO I STOP LOVING YOU OR THOSE WHOM YOU LOVE? DOES MY POWER WAIN FROM DAY TO DAY? IS NOT MY GRACE STILL SUFFICIENT FOR YOU TODAY AS IT WAS  YESTERDAY? YES....FEELINGS CHANGE..SITUATIONS CHANGE...YOUR ENEMY WHO KNOWS YOUR WEAKNESSES... YOUR TRIGGERS AND TAKES EVIL PLEASURE IN YOUR SUFFERING WHEN YOU GET CAUGHT UP IN IN HIS TEMPTATIONS OR GIVE INTO FEAR OR SELF RELIANCE OR PERHAPS  SETBACKS OR EVEN THE THOUGHT OF SETBACKS...THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS.. BUT SO IS MY LOVE FOR YOU. SO IS MY FAITHFULNESS...SO IS MY POWER AND GRACE...I AM THE ROCK..THE LORD OF HEAVEN AND EARTH...I DO NOT CHANGE.  MY MERCY IS EVERLASTING.. REST IN MY PRESENCE AND LOVE...THAT IS WHERE YOUR FOCUS IS TO BE...WHERE YOUR EYES NEED TO BE LOOKING...NOT YOURSELF OR YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES...FEELINGS COME AND GO LIKE THE WEATHER... YESTERDAY WAS SUNNY. TODAY IT'S RAINING  SO USE THE UMBRELLA WHICH I GIVE YOU...WHATEVER YOU NEED I WILL PROVIDE...FEELINGS.. SITUATIONS... WEATHER..MAY CHANGE BUT I DO NOT..YOU CAN TRUST ME EVEN IN THE DARKEST OF TEMPTATIONS I AM YOUR LIGHT..THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD. REST IN MY GRACE. IN MY PRESENCE...FOR I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU NOR FORSAKE YOU. ASK FOR WHAT YOU NEED AND IT SHALL BE YOURS...DON'T GIVE INTO TEMPTATIONS WHETHER IT'S FEAR...DISCOURAGEMENT... ANXIOUS IMAGINATIONS...VAIN DREADS...IF YOU FALL DOWN ASK FOR GRACE TO GET BACK UP...YOU ATE FOOD YESTERDAY BUT TODAY YOU ARE HUNGRY AGAIN SO EAT AND BE SATISFIED...JESUS IS THE BREAD OF LIFE.. FOOD FOR YOUR JOURNEY... DAY BY DAY...GRACE...ALL IS GRACE...TO TRUST... LET GO.. E AT PEACE... BE COURAGEOUS... LOVE AND BE LOVED..

thank You Abba for always being there. for me for all who turn to You,  be my peace... comfort.. shelter.. give me Grace to trust you today and fill my every need to live and let go .  to rest in Your Loving arms. thank You for always being there for me...Amen and Amen

Scandalized

 Jesus ..aren't You angry at what is going on with the Pope's latest appointment in the US?

 HE IS FREE TO DO AS HE WISHES EVEN THOUGH IT IS SCANDALOUS TO MY PEOPLE

Why do You let him do this? 

FREE WILL...FOR GOOD OR FOR EVIL

What about the rest of us? Where are the rest of the Hierarchy? They see this even more clearly

than we do and it's just crickets! It ticks me off

I UNDERSTAND,..FREE WILL... SIN...EVIL...IT IS THE MYSTERY THAT HAS BEEN 

PLAGUING MY PEOPLE SINCE THE ORIGINAL FALL AND THAT IS WHY I BECAME MAN 

AND WENT TO THE CROSS THEN ROSE TO NEW LIFE IN VICTORY OVER SIN AND DEATH... 

THOSE IN LEADERSHIP WHO SCANDALIZE THINK THEY ARE DOING THE RIGHT THING 

AND LEADING MY CHURCH INTO A NEW AND BETTER DAY TO REACH THE FALLEN BY 

THEIR IDEA OF MERCY AND COMPASSION BUT WITHOUT TRUTH THERE IS NO LOVE 

AND IT IS DOOMED TO FAIL... THOSE ANOINTED TO LEAD WHO ARE FAITHFUL KEEP 

THEIR HEAD DOWN AND CONCENTRATE ON THEIR OWN FLOCK AND LEAVE THE 

DECISION MAKING TO THE POPE WHOM THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OVER AND SO 

IT IS ALSO WITH FAITHFUL PRIESTS... REMEMBER I TOO WAS BETRAYED AND

ABANDONED 

It looks to me that Faithful Bishops and priests are caught between a rock and a hard place...

if they speak up they already have an example of Bishop Strickland's punishment and removal 

and thus his flock no longer has his care and is given over to another more in line with progressives...

so they say nothing. Praise You for faithful laity who do speak the Truth and encourage prayer 

and fasting for Revival and for those who have a platform and use it for Your Kingdom. 

What do You want to say to all faithful Bishops and Priests  What should they do / say when 

there is false teaching and scandalous behavior? 

SPEAK THE TRUTH IN LOVE... MAKE SURE THOSE IN THEIR CARE KNOW THE TRUTH 

AND ARE PRAYING FOR THE CHURCH...WHEN THEY NEED DIRECTION THEY SIMPLY 

NEED TO ASK...GRACE....ALL IS GRACE...STAY FAITHFUL...TAKE UP YOUR CROSS 

AND FOLLOW ME....I AM LORD AND SAVIOR...MY KINGDOM SHALL HAVE NO END... 

THE GATES OF HELL SHALL NOT PREVAIL AGAINST IT...AND IF OR WHEN ONE IS 

BEING FORCED TO CHOOSE...CHOOSE THE CROSS FOR THE RESURRECTION 

AND GLORY WILL FOLLOW IN MY TIME AND IN MY WAY...STAY FAITHFUL...REMAIN 

IN MY LOVE...I AM WITH YOU AND WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU NOR FORSAKE YOU...
